•     Identifies in a few seconds a single defective battery that limits the power output and charge when it is connected in a series battery pack.
•     Green, Yellow and Red LED indicate: good battery good and recharge - recharge and retest - replace battery - short-circuit cell
•    Does not develop sparks or heat and does not discharge the battery during test.
